The consultant will work closely with our leadership team to assess our current processes, recommend state-of-the-art AI tools, and support their adoption within our business operations.
- AI Strategy Development: Analyze Crisalix’s business units to identify opportunities where AI can drive efficiency and cost reduction.
- Tool Selection: Research and recommend best-in-class AI tools tailored to Crisalix’s needs.
- Implementation Support: Collaborate with internal teams to integrate AI tools and workflows, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Performance Metrics: Define KPIs to measure the impact of AI solutions and provide actionable insights.
- Knowledge Transfer: Train and mentor team members to use AI tools effectively.
- Continuous Optimization: Propose strategies for long-term scalability and optimization of AI-driven processes.
Qualifications and Skills- Proven experience as an AI Consultant or similar role, with a strong track record in implementing AI solutions to enhance business performance.
- Expertise in AI technologies, tools, and platforms, with knowledge of the latest industry trends.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and/or the aesthetic industry is a plus.
- Effective communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
