As an ambitious Inside Sales Account Executive & Customer Success Manager, joining our European sales team, you will combine new business development with long-term account management.
You will be responsible for generating new opportunities, closing deals, and then managing and growing your own client portfolio through onboarding, adoption, retention, and upsell.
Your goal is to research and prospect new leads, convert them into appointments, close sales through discovery and demo calls, and ensure long-term customer success.
Responsibilities:
Research, prospect, and qualify new leads through outbound calling, emailing, and onsite visits.
Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
Run discovery and demo calls with prospects you have generated.
Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
Convert qualified opportunities into closed deals.
Manage your own customer portfolio after onboarding.
Ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and ongoing usage of the platform.
Maintain regular contact with clients to drive retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
Proactively identify risks, challenges, and growth opportunities within accounts.
Log all activities accurately in the CRM.
Continuously improve product knowledge and sales and account management skills.
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the full customer lifecycle.
