About the role:
As Strategic Growth Manager, you will be responsible for creating a new unit of Crisalix, making Crisalix the lead generation arm/solution for our B2B clients, and who will manage the updates/upgrades of the Crisalix consumer solution for rapid growth.
You will sell the Lead generation/Marketing services/leads to Doctors/Clinics and surgeries and these will be both existing Crisalix clients and potential new clients.
You will have already built a highly Successful Online Marketplace, lead generation company, or have managed a successful one in the past and therefore you are now ready to create a new business with our technology which is already in place, Leaving you to build the rest.
- Build from the ground up the whole business including negotiation and commercialization with our existing B2B clients and new clients for this specific unit.
- Define and develop the online B2C strategy and business model in close collaboration with the company founders, clients and partners. and aligning with short-term and long-term goals.
- Responsible for KPIs such as lead generation (and growth), revenues (and growth), cost acquisition (and optimization).
- A strong focus on community and engagement within that environment.
- Oversee consumer operations and activities to work towards the desired results.
- Permanently drive execution versus strategic alignment and motivate all internal stakeholders.
- Recruit and lead by example to advance employee engagement and develop a high performing consumer team.
- Build, grow, manage and optimise the consumer funnel.
- Increase consumer acquisition through effective Viral features, SEO, PPC, Programmatic, Social/Influencer, content marketing, etc.
- Creation and optimization of an end-to-end lead generation and business model to link consumers with Crisalix existing B2B clients.
- Analyse performance and trends; recommend appropriate changes in strategy, pricing, and business model to achieve revenue and expense objectives.
- Evaluate and oversee legal framework from different market targets.
- Maximise the monetization of the new unit using different income streams.
- Understand consumer needs through market assessment, quantitative analysis, and qualitative feedback.
- Effectively partner in a product brainstorming sessions with engineering and design teams, as well as other cross-functional teams
- Monitor product releases, partnerships, acquisitions, news, and customer wins from key competitors.
